Nice apartment in older building. Recently remodeled one bedroom apartment with nicely landscaped grounds right next to heavily wooded Sunset Park, which is fantastic. Convenient to town and easy access to the highway. Heat's included in the rent and plentiful. We had a stopped up drain

When renting from Hillco you must realize BEFORE you move in that these are older buildings.

SPIDERS! Like another review stated, spiders were horrible! I lived in Highland Park across from the Hospital. The grounds were well maintained, but everything is very old.
