Don't waste your time Ok, so I know no place is perfect but this place can't even get 1 thing right. There are major construction problems and mold everywhere. The front office does nothing to help and don't count on the 24 hour maintenance guy to even respond during an emergency!

I have lived at northshore estates for about 4 years and it has been the best experiance i have had yet. I really like the girls in the office they try to help me with whatever I need. I have never had to wait over 24 hours for anything to be repaired in my apartment. Wene you have roaches
