The village is shutting off the water for non-payment - This place sucks. As soon as I find another place we are out of here. The basement flooded this summer. Ok. A Nice Place to Live I absolutely like living at Westbrook. Quiet,Close to seams like every thing. Staff helpful and friendly. Mainteance response in a timely matter when you need them.
I am not looking to move for a long time. All the comforts of a condo. Hope to renew lease soon.

Great place! I lived at Westbrook Apts for almost 3 years and I loved it. Carrie and Barb are the best office managers I have EVER dealt with . They even know you by name and greet you in the hallway! the staff was wonderful and the building was always clean and quiet.

Love it! Have lived here for 2 1/2 years. Never have a problem. The staff is great just go in and say hi to Barb & Carrie. Everyone is friendly and my friends pay 3x as much downtown for 1/2 the size. :) I love it!

Very Poor Very poor living conditions. Transient population. Noisey hallways. Disrespectfull staff. Elevators and floors dirty with animal fecal material. Poorly lit parking. Very poor security, doors almost always unlocked.

Best value in Oak Brook Area Large spacious units with great high sppeed T-1 wireless internet access. Also has underground parking. Great management and maintenance staff.

Never have any problems I can only speak for the condo side of things here at westbrook. My husband and I have lived here for 3 going on 4 years and we like it here. Our neighbors are quiet, working people like us and we never have any problems with anyone. We park in the parking lot outside
