I lived in this hole for two years in an overpriced two bedroom apartment in the same complex as the landlord's assistant, if you can call her that. This place was really nice at first, compared to the ghetto, that is.... Then a couple of months after living there, things started to fall apart... and they never fix anything, ever, even if you call and call and call and call. NEVER. The management is ULTRA-RUDE. The supervisor that lives there lets her children that have skin diseases (truthfully!)run around outside naked unsupervised. There is a putrid smell at this apartment complex that is so nasty that comes from the sewage problem that they have. Parking was atrocious. Usually had to park three blocks away. The stairs were horrible, the laundry room was disgusting, and never worked properly, and there is no place to do laundry nearby. The fire alarms go off constantly. I had the fire department at my apartment six times while living there due to malfunctions. The walls might as wll not be there at all. You can easily hear and smell everything your neighbors do and eat. The toilets and sinks constantly plug. Once, it was broken for several months, and the only way to flush was to stick your arm into the tank, try telling your company that! It was bad when Draper & Kramer was the management, but when this new place took over, it was a completey pathetic place to live. You can get something similar to this place on the South Side of Chicago, for a lot cheaper, it's called federal housing.

One last story I must tell is when I was sleeping in my living room one morning when I had called off of work, and the maintenence guy just walked into my apartment. I was very suprised to see him and I think he also surprised to see me... so to say the least, I didn't know what went on in this place when I was not there... but this type of behaviour is never a good sign. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
