Never rent this apartment unless you just want the high school

We lived in the 2 bedroom apartment and we got huge problem with the heat and hot water. The heat is not sufficient and the temp is only 62 deg. The hot water often will run out. The management is rude and do not want to do business. The repair people will not come if you just call. The only good thing is it is very close to Hinsdale central high school. If you can have other choice to get into Hinsdale central high school by selecting another apartment, do not select Colonial Garden.
