Problems I've experienced:
Parking isn't sufficate
Kids run around all the time unsupervised without a word from the management.
Hot water doesn't work.
Very little difference in taking a shower from a bath; still a pool of water.
Toliet didn't work when I moved it.
Mice when I moved in, management put a mouse trap.
Ants in the apt, no response from management.
Carpets by the front door were flithy when I moved in.
Heat doesn't seem to work in the winter time. Cold leaks all over the apt in the door frames and the wood windows.
Ooold window air conditioner barely cools down one room.
The apt seems to be on a slant, when you sit a glass of water down on the counter the water is tilted.
Don't drink the water, smells funny sometimes.
Fire department went to the neighbors right next door and no one was home, they went in and found nothing.
Washing machines don't seem to work properly.
Stairs are slippery in the wet weather, no precautions by management to fix this problem.
The landscape isn't kept up to date during the sunny days. They mow like once every other week which isn't enough.
Garbage removal isn't often enough, it's always overflowing.
Applied for a garage and the manager told me there's one open but on the other side. I told her I will take it still. She refused to give me the garage. This is the first year that my sparkling 2003 car had to be outside, now it's appearance from the weather dmg and the other people's parking dmgs is horrifying for a 3 yr old car.
I'm told management is open from 8-5pm which is also when I work so I have to leave notes and call on my breaks to have things fixed.
I still have tiles falling off my shower wall from April they haven't come to fix.
The cell phone signal here isn't good at all for sprint, cingular or t-mobile for different types of phones. That's a big issue for myself because I do not have a landline, I'm not home enough to have that be an option.
The neighbor's kid is always having parties and the management is in the same building and does nothing about it.

If I knew that this site existed before I moved in I wouldn't have looked at these apts. I suggest people keep looking. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
