I lived here for two years and have to agree. Do not live here if you can help it. The halls smell so bad and the noise so great with kids and people running and slamming those fire-doors that I moved, stupidly, to a Townhouse. There some water pipe thing burst and send water all over my bedroom. Took them weeks to fix the hole in the ceiling and I never could get rid of the stale damp smell. The place is very ghetto with surrounding apartment complexes heavy section 8 though HLT will proudly tell you that they don't take section 8. The apartment buildings have NO SECURITY. NONE! The middle doors are open to anyone. The Townhouses have glass doors and a glass window next to the doors. Easy break-in material for sure. I'd stay away.
