In the time I have been here there have been a few changes in management. But from good to better in my opinion. They are most courteous and friendly. They really do go the extra mile and then some compared to most "landlords". And they are always willing to listen to good as well as bad.
I admit the parking situation could be better but I bet nobody is willing to pay extra for assigned parking, right'!' And the furthest I've ever had to walk is across the street. If you can't walk that far, maybe you should apply for a handicap sticker...
There are a lot of children, some unruly but NO GANGS like in the city.
The maintenance staff is GREAT as well. I have had several maintenance calls and they always responded most promptly. Even in the one plumbing emergency I had late on a Saturday night.
I would not hesitate to recommend this complex. In fact I've been trying to get my sister move out here as well...
