Enough is enough. It is hard to please everyone, and unfortunately when you rent out an apartment instead of owning your own home you have to deal with a lot of things, both good and bad. Some apartment complexes are better then others, but almost every apartment has its share of problems.

It's a shame that the place where you spend your hard earn dollars cannot be as good as you would like it to be. Or as good as it should be.

Regardless of whether its management who is putting good reviews up in order to make their property look good, or whether it is actual tenants, I think that every person should go around the area and judge it for yourself.

Take a few trips around the complex on different days and at different hours throughout the day and see what type of activity goes on around the area. If you are interested in renting out an apartment, make sure that you ask the management staff to see the actual apartment that you will be renting. Before you make a decision, come back a few times to check out the area.

I know that this seems like a lot to do, but if you want to make sure that you are getting a decent place, it is good to check out the place before you sign your name on the lease. It is sometimes hard to tell how an apartment is just by visiting it one time, so that is why it is always good to go on a number of occassions unannounced. And pay attention to the area and the people around the area and you will get a pretty good idea of what to expect.

Another thing, don't it seem strange that this apartment has more reviews than any other apartment. That should tell a person something right there.
