When I first moved in the apartment, just like everyone else is and was saying, it was great. Now all has changed... There is always some young guys in the halls all the time smoking weed and smelling up the halls. I do not think they even live in this building. I have little children, if I wanted them to get high, we would have stayed in the city. The halls do smell pretty bad in general though, when people cook, the food smell get trapped in the halls and smells for days, sometimes weeks. Do not get me on parking! Parking is terrible, depending on the building you live in, you might have to walk a very long distance to get to your apartment, because there is not any close parks by. People leave cars and they do not work, or they do not even live in the building. In the winter last year, some people who had 2 cars, would take up to spaces, so when they came home from where ever, they would have a park. Is that fair... Not only that a resident in the building, got her tires slashed, the car was not a week old, brand new, do you think the apartment paid for her tires to get replaced. NO!!! Each time you renew you lease, the rent is going to go up...Also it is very cold here in the winter, due to the windows that the have installed. Like I said before when I first moved in, it was great, now I think I am paying to much money for an apartment in which I do not like the enviroment for my children.
