When I first moved to HLT I thought I was getting a great deal. The rent was rather low not to mention the fact that most of the utilities were included. I should have known that low rent means low quality.

Where to start....the hallways have an awful smell. I was fortunate enough to have my apartment close to the door (which is also good because there are way too many doors in the hallway to try to go through) Kids are always unattended lingering in the hallways...using words I didn't even know existed when I was that small. The laundry room is very scary looking. My car was broken into 2 weeks before I moved. My roommate and I receieved a letter stating that when our lease expired we made too much money to continue living in our apartment.

Please stay away!!!!
