I don't know when these comments were made, but I don't agree with them. We have lived here three weeks now and as far as low income housing goes, this place rocks. I live in a town house by the lake and we like it here. A few days after move-in, maintanance came and fixed a few things we requested. Since we moved in they replaced the electrical outlets over the sink and in the bathrooms to newer ones and now their constructing sloped roofs on all of the building to help with the heat/cold of the seasons. As far as the people around here go, we are a group of white kids in a neighborhood predominantly ------- american and we feel safe. I don't worry about my car and mothers frequently take their children on walks, probably to the pool. No noise or drug problems. The new mamangement IS doing a good job.

I think that you must either be fabricating the truth or blind...I lived there about 3 years ago and it was going down hill then. Your comment about being white and there being ------ is not relevant! Thugs, gangs, theives its really sad that a place with such great potential went so terribly wrong!

I agree, I live in the condos across from there and I am ------- american. I pulled out of my lot and was frightened myself by the type of people they have let move in over there. I am strongly considering moving because the place is beginning to resemble the projects. I moved that far out to get away from people hanging out, looking like they don't have any purpose in life but to sit around and walk the streets looking dangerous.

I am an ------- american female with two boys 10 and 11 and a daughter 16. I was concerned about then adjusting. We are coming from the south side of chicago where it is all black I am look for good schools and and a peace full envirnonment from thugs gangs and an whole lot of confusion.
