the place is just fine. better than lots of other places, and worse than others. you get what you pay for. they are low income now, but the management said it was not section 8. heaven forbid some people in life have money problems (not everyone is healthy you eliteists). as for the kids in the parking lot...who cares. i'm 30 years old but i take some time to talk to them and make friends. I've had them help me work on my car and i could teach them things, or ride my bike with them a little or just sit and take some interest in them. where are the parents' i don't know, but just saying the parents SHOULD do something, although absolutely true, doesn't change the fact that some parents will NEVER do anything. Get over it already and spend some time with the kids yourself. running in the hall' so what, they're kids, they're not supposed to be locked up in an apartment. i have only once heard of valdalism in the parking lot in 5 years. the only time a car was stolen turned out to be a guy just saying that to cover his car getting reposessed! and there is tons of parking! what are these people talking about'''

the view is great, the nature trails are awesome, the community is fun, the restaraunts /bar nearby are good eating, the kids are just having fun, the management is excellent, and the apartments are totally renovated with new AC, carpet, paint, parking lots, etc... and the rent is below market value.

i love it here and unfortunately am moving to crap bolingbrook cause i bought a ghetto townhouse there. (all i could afford). i wish i could buy my apartment as a condo and stay.
