Roaches and breakins

My husband and I lived there a few years ago with our young daughter. We lived in the pet building right behind the school. We encountered roaches that no matter how many times the complex sprayed, never would leave. Living on the first floor, someone had ripped the screen out of our bedroom window (trying to break in') And lets not talk about the thugs that hang out at the store right there :-( I seriously doubt things have changed that much. To managements defense, I never had trouble with the agents. Still, they knew I was concerned about cleanliness and safety for my child and they were not honest.
