In overall, I think it's OK with consideration for the price. The rent is cheap, the new AC/heating system is nice. The hall way has be renovated for painting. The parking lot has been paved the end of last year. I have no problem finding parking place at all time. The staffs in management or leasing office are nice and friendly. However, the noise problem is terrible. You can hear any walking in the hall way, your neighbors' music or TV or phone talking. These bother your sleeing because the noise might appear in mid night. Lots of kids hanging around in the parking lot but them seems nice, although the PACE bus driver feel very umcomfortable to drve around because they may play or run in the parking lot. Some stranger teenager may show up in laundry room or stair way talking or smoking, this make me fell ot safe. The hall way is smelly and you can smell the flavor of your neighbors' cooking from both kitchen or bathroom, this is a big issue for me. The heating system is nice but noisy, when it is running, you can not hear your TV. There are PACE 664 bus taking you to or back from the Clarendon Hill train station for metra train, although only 3 times in morning and 3 times in afternoon.

Overall, I think it's OK to stay 1-3 years before you buy your own house. The cheap rent can help you save you money.

Some neighbors are really low class, they play music very loud all day, even in mid night. This is not a community to live.

so just because people play music this makes them low class. just say the real reason there black. all people do is make races comments on this sight but this is the type of world we live in. I hope posting these comments makes you feel good to down other people if you dont like it you should move not say bad things does this make you a nice person.
