once you pull up in to this place, you completly feel out of place. ever get the feeling that you are the only white person there' well ive seen about maybe AND I SAY MAYBE 2 WHITE PEOPLE THERE. all the rest is black. its frightining! They where very rude! one little girl made the comment of "{ oh mom another white family moving in" what the hell, that right there told us, no freakin way! i can see if it was equal the amonth of race there but its not. I would not want to live in a place where i will be rudely talked about by people like that! over all the apartments are nice! there unbelievable! AND NO WE DID NOT MOVE THERE!

I'm a black female, divorced, late 20's; My fiance is white male, mid-30's, and together we have four children. We are searching for a nice place, and so far, Hinsdale Lake Terrace is the most decent I've found on the internet for the price I'm looking at. However, now that I've read some of these reviews, I'm not sure if this is the place we'd want to be. Are there really roaches?? I never had roaches and don't want any, and don't want to move in a place that is bug-infested. And are the walls still thin? I want something with some sound-proof. And ghetto? I stay in the suburbs to keep away from environments like that, so you mean to tell me I'd probably be uncomfortable here? I fight crime for a living; Is there really break-ins at this place? And what else should I know? Am I gonna have to kill one of my neighbors or their kids?

I tell you what,if you feel that you need to kill someone especially kids you need not to move out here!!! Everybody parents not rich and can't afford to stay in Beverly hills so maybe you need to keep on driving by and find some place that you feel safe.

No I've been there and it nice I seen just as many ------ as whites for someone to make that commet they must be perjudice. as far as it being ghetto does any one know what the ghetto is because the ghetto could be in a white neighborhood also. and I'm black and if I went to a white neighborhood they would look at me funny to and matter of fact say we dont want those ------- moving in bringing down our neighborhood. So you need to go see it for yourself and dont listen to what some one who may be races have to say that was wrong to say and I just think the sight of her seeing more then 1 black person she got scared you know thats gang activity to a white person but if she would have looked she would have saw whites to its people like that. That keep our neighborhood segregated. If you dont want to live around black people then dont move there.

I live there and the kids are RUDE, If you have kids you don,t want them growing up here. This is The Ghetto, Where do you think the section 8 Cabri Green People went???????????????
