If you want your money do not live here. I decided to see what these apartments were about while i'm looking to move now. I went in and did the application gave them the 50 for the fee and the money to HOLD the apartment. Two weeks later and a week before i'm supposed to move in i get a voice mail from JULIE saying in here exact words "After reviewing your application in turns out you make too much money so you cant live here....sorry it sucks i know but you can call us" What kind of customer service is that' And why was the application not completed before you cashed my checks to hold the apartment' No other place takes two weeks to process an application especially if their moving in next week! Needless to say i was levid considering the fact i already paid to get out of my current lease. So now i'm screwed and the only thing the girl at the office could say is.... Well i dont know what to tell you. I could have reached through the phone on her but i will just deal with them on a face to face basis. Honestly, i'm glad this happened because i had doubts about this place anyway. The floor was squeaky and it was on the first floor. The walls looked paper thin and the kitchen was really really small. I dont mind being around my race and alot of people will say oh dont move here because its ghetto or its too many black people so they assume its nothing but trouble. It's not even that. I didnt even get passed management because of a lack of them doing their job. So needless to say I my self wouldnt recommend this place because the people in the office dont know what they are doing. I will just take my money and go somewhere else where it doesnt take 2 weeks to find out some stuff you should have in the beginning. And for the record i didnt make more they wanted to rent the apartment to someone else who made less than me.

The management is really terrible! Their attitude is not professional at all.

THAT'S RIGHT, IF YOU MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY...THEY DO NOT WANT YOU HEAR. THEY THINK YOU HAVE TOOO MUCH SENSE
