Went low income!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
This place is horrible! It went low-income and everything got really bad. Fires started, things started getting stolen, upkeep is horrible. Construction crews had no thought for the safety of residents as they were throwing things off of the roof!! And they had a cockroach infestation!!
