Let's see...when the neighbors moved out, the cockroaches moved out with them and right into our apartment. We had no idea this was going to happen, and, they were in the living room, dining room, on the walls, in the kitchen cabinets. It took the exteriminator at least one month of spraying to get the roaches to die. The neighbors upstairs would throw bleach water off the balcony onto our patio and didn't think twice about it. And they had parties all night long and it was OUR problem that we could not tolerate it. And, there are kids who stand around in large groups after dark with nothing to do that make noise so
loud it drowns out the TV. The police come out, the kids disperse, and the next night they're out again. People don't pick up after their pets outside even though bags have been provided. But what hurts so much is someone looking you in the eye telling you how wonderful this place is when you sign your contract, and, you find out it's completely different than what you've been told.
It's all a bunch of lies...from beginning to end. Don't move here. You'll be sorry you did.
