I am not sure about the building locations the other residents are moving into, but I have not had any problems with rodents. I love my apartment the only problem is the neighbor, who obviously does not realize this is an apartment complex. The neighbor who lives under me kept complaining of noise. This noise was coming from my apartment during the day on the weekend. There is nothing wrong with me playing my music while I clean my home. After the apartment mang. contacted me I explained the situation, which I felt they had no authority to contact me with an subjective point of view. If people want to live a certain lifestlye it is best to move into a home. I recommend this location to any resident keeping in mind this is an apartment complex. Also, I am an ------- American resident and I do not apprieciate the comments that were left. I am well educated with a great job, and I do not have any children. Just remember to keep an open mind.
