I have been living at the apartments for almost 2 years...My comments are pretty much
the people management allows to become tenants...New neighbors just moved in downstairs, below me. They are noisy, loud music and people yelling all times of night..and also early morning starting at let's see 5:30am...slamming doors, knocking on walls...I have complain to management and
pretty much just told I have a low tolance and I should expect this because the floors are very thin and I live in an apartment...
I have called, what they call security patrol, you don't speak to anyone you just leave a message and hope the problem is taking care of..So I finally call the Dupage police department who sends out someone.....
Is this what good tenants who pay on time, never have anyone complaining about them have to go through.....and when you inquire about breaking your lease because of this you are told by management that you would have to pay $1500.00 plus any incidentials....
Something has to be done...

This person is correct...if you complain, management does not care. They want to charge you 1500.00 to break your lease if you are a good tenant wanting to escape. And yes I do mean escape
