These apartments are really bad. My daughter lives there with her children and her kids cant go outside to play. The children who do go out to play, go to my daughter's apartment and steal their gsmes and electronics. My window in my vehicle was broken because I told one of these project children to give my granddaughter's ball back to her. I'm sorry to say that this is the worst move that my daughter could have ever done to her children. And she does pay!!! How can you pay for this type of environment'
I would discourage anyone with children from even considering these apart-
ments to live in.
