Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
We were ready to move in after signing a lease and paying for 2 background checks $50/each. They had all of our financial information before we had to pay for background checks. 1 week before we are to move in, they call us and tell us that we make TOO MUCH money to move in to their apartment complex! We then had to haggle them to get them to pay us our money back and in the end got only 2/3rds. They are hard sellers and try to make money off of scamming people. We are glad we didnt end up moving in
