We've lived here now over 1.5 years and not one thing has been done for us. From maintanance to cleaning. The hallways are dirty and always smell like animal urine. Management does not give a ratts butt about any of there tenants. They are now charging $200 for a second vehical to be parked on there lot. Winter time plowing absolutly sucks!!! I feel that we are paying to much rent for the bull that we have to put up with... Don't even get me started on the crapy plowing job they do in the winter. Our apartment is not even up to code. Drafty, Cold, Nail Pops in the ceiling. DON"T MOVE IN HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN HELL!!!!

I completely understand where you are coming from. I've lived here for 3 years and although it is a step above the city projects. Management definitely needs change. It could be so much better.

It used to be "so much better". My family and I lived there for 5 yrs from 1999 - 2004. We move out as they began the change over to subsidized housing. They were starting down hill then.
