This is a terrible place to stay. The neighborhood kids fight and smoke marijuanna everywhere. Bad language and bad attitudes are the norm.
Rent is reasonable if you expect nothing in return. The piece together repairs and sloppily do everything else. Unqualified illegal aliens are the maitenance. I swear those who work in the office must sleep with higher ups cause no one has a clue of what to do k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I lived in the townhouses for 3 years. I'm moved out and back to the city this past June. You are completely right. Although the rent is reasonable compared to other complexes the rental office tricks you into thinking its such a great place to live but the management office is full of racist, heartless, %itches. The rent-a-cops don't get respect because they want to hit on all the women but expect their kids to respect them. There is nothing for the kids to do other than go to the basketball court or smoke at the "playground". They pick and choose which kids can come to the pool without a parent. I almost felt like it was the projects but I had to pay market rent.

Ghetto as all out hell1 I am black. I have only lived here since Decemeber of 2009. I work very hard, i like things very clean. I love peice and quiet. You get none of that here! The hallways are unmentionable. You do have some hard working citizens that live here, then you have the ones that stay home all day and do nothing, so I clearly understand what you are saying. Once my lease is up, I'm out!!!
