average - I subelet an apt with Sweetbriar over a summer. Their staff was pretty friendly and the apt was spacious. They only had a/c in the living room though, and the bedrooms where really really hot. Our a/c started leaking and I didn't care that much except that it left a big brown stain on the carpet.
