Happy to call it home The most space for the money in the western suburbs. Helpful and courteous staff as well as a live in building engineer.
Many updates in progress like new windows and retrofitting the building for sprinklers.
Nice and quiet, and in an excellent school district.

Do Not Rent Here I would NOT recommend this rental to anyone. The manager Joe is extremely difficult and rude and is only nice until you sign the lease. Requests for maintenance are completely ignored. we did everything very well. But we were charged a lot of money after we moved. Don't waste

Never rent this apartment unless you just want the high school We lived in the 2 bedroom apartment and we got huge problem with the heat and hot water. The heat is not sufficient and the temp is only 62 deg. The hot water often will run out. The management is rude and do not want to do business.

I would not advise. Below average in everything.
Not peaceful at all. Neighbors are rowdy, big unruly kids, not enough parking, dirty laundry rooms, old ill maintained washers and dryers, management is arrogant.
