I just recently moved into the new renovated apartments about 2 months ago (the Cypress Model) and ever since I have loved it. Best of all, There were some issues needed to fix fixtures, blinds, and even the battery in the smoke detector, and the maintence crew was out at my place in 2 hours. I have never been at any apartment where the leasing office and maintence work so well together hand in hand. The whole staff at Berkshires was so nice to work with that when I came in and leased the apartment, they trully made me feel very comfortable in moving into my apartment. To be honest, I decided to move in after working with the leasing office before I even saw the apartment. This comes a long way since moving from an actual condo to having an apartment.
