Q: How long do they say the construction will last?
A: I am pretty sure that the majority of the building construction is wrapping up but the clubhouse seems to be nowhere near being completed. I just had to pay a rate increase and I can't even use the #1 attraction to the complex, which is the clubhouse, pool, and workout facility. It is summer and we can't even use the pool or deck!

They seem to have the slowest construction company working on the projects and I think the association is also making them work slower as well so that they can get people to rent more of the units thinking they are getting something new, when in reality it won't happen until they have already lived there for a year.
