ugh - I have lived here for almost 2 years now and my rent went from 640 to 795. The manager actually completely ignored my boyfriend when we toured the place, not sure why, she introduced and talked to me only. over priced crack house rent seems to be based on person to person base. water fixtures are caked with lime scale. tenant visitors park any wear they want and often take up 2 parking spaces. tenant's have been found dead in their apartments, some have been taken to the hospital for drug
