Thin Walls are so thin I can hear the man next door snoring and they can hear all my conversations from my bedroom... as i found out when my neighbor came over and knocked on my door to tell me she knew too much about my life and could i keep it down. I cant even talk normal in my own bedroom!!

Too expensive/very poor maitainence Nothing ever gets fixed even though they keep bumping up the rent every year. You have to wait MONTHS for things to get fixed if ever. Crappy old buildings, falling apart. Parking is crowded. Walls too thin so you hear more noise above and below you. Water leaks,
