I have lived in these apartment for a little over 10 years and I would not move to another place. I feel this place is very safe and the nieghbors are not bad and besides that to the one who made comments about the neighbors that's your fault because you choose whether or not to talk to those people. As far as updating, most of your apartment communities still have the dark brown cabinets and all they do is paint them white trust me I have looked at other places and seen what they have and for the space and the price I would not move and for the appliances I have seen other apartments and they have white appliances you just have to ask. As far as the office staff if you are friendly to them they will be friendly to you and they try there best to accommidate everyone. Back to saftey of neighborhood, I am a single mom raising my 2 small children here and trust me If I did not feel safe I would not have stayed here for this long. The rent is resonable. I would highly recommend this place for anyone.
