I live in one of the 2 bedrooms apartments and mine has brand new appliances, brand new light oak cabinets, and brand new counter tops. We love it there. Most of the apartments are being remodeled so don't be discouraged by what the first person has written. Ask the ladies for one of the newly remodeled apartments, and I'm sure they will be more than happy to show you.
