I HATE IT HERE THERES MAN IN FRONT OF US THAT THAT POINTED A GUN AT US!!! THE GUYS ARE PERVERTS AND THEY DO NOT LET YOU KEEP DONGS ONLY IF YOU PAY 500$.THE NEIBHORS ARE HORRIBLE!!!! DRUGIES,THIEFS,EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF.AND THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE ALSO.DO NOT LIVE HERE,IM TELLING YOU!!THE FREAKING SQUERRLS LIVE IN THE HOUSE HOLES!!!

the $500 is a pet deposit. visit other apartments and ask about their pet deposits. most apartments have a cheaper deposit, but it is NON-refundable, and also charge you a monthly fee of $20-30. the $500 is refundable and there are strict regulations on the dogs you are allowed to keep.
