I lived there for two years. Only had a problem with loud music once with new neighbors. One call to the police remedied that. Other than that, it was a very quiet place. The building is old, but well maintained and cleaned.
The apartment was large and the rent was much lower than other apartment complexes for the same square footage.
My security deposit was fully returned.
I would rent with them again if employed in the area.
