I have lived here for a little over a year and I can say that it is not a bad place but everything can be better. First off I haven't seen any drug dealers or people with guns. People are loud and there is a lot of people (couples) that fight late into the night but all you have to do is call the police or the front office and they will help to get it to stop. They don't make you clean out your cabinets or rooms to spray for rats or bugs every month, it more like once a year thing. Which I think is a good thing, who wants to live with bugs' The office people can be a little more helpful and get maintence to come and actually fix something in a timely manner. They do let you have dogs here, there are a lot of dogs here. For those of you who rated this badly, I think you need to recheck you thinking. I haven't had problems here that couldn't be fixed. SO don't be so picky about where you live. At least you had a roof over your head.
