Colonial Village, well what can i say besides its the best place you could ever think to live. Beautiful grounds, Wonderful staff, Nice and spacious apartments, you get what your paying for, I could go on and on. Very safe and quiet. Swimming pool, fitness center, b-ball courts, tennis courts, fishing pond and lots more. Its like a dream come true. Wonderful activities for kids to do over the summer. Great at getting the community involved with each other. For those who say they hate it here and its unsafe, come on people get real. I would recommmend colonial Village to anyone and everyone. Im sure they try really hard to keep the property up to date and keep it safe. Odviously the people who dont like it here must be living in a fantasy world, because your not going to find anything better for the price, size, whats included, enviorment, staff, and lots more. If your reading this to see if you'll be happy here. you will believe me. like i said anyone who has something negitave to say is odviously living in fantasy world. So a message to all of you who disagree, your not in Kansas anymore. :)

People who choose to not like it here probably aren't living in a fantasy world. I have lived here for 2 years and liked it but it wasn't the best place that I have ever lived. And the place I am moving to now is the best place I think. And for the staff they are not that helpful, and they can do a lot more with updating things in the buildings. But I agree that it is a safe place and its a nice place. But don't call those people who didn't like it fools because they must have had a bad experience at one time in their lives.....
