I have lived here 7 months and my roommate lived here a year before I moved in. Are there things I would change about the apartments'
Absolutely.
It is always hot in our apartment, summer, winter, whenever, it is about 90 in here... I would also prefer to have assigned parking... As a single female who works second shift, it can be frightening to walk throughout the whole complex, between buildings at 11pm. Although I haven't had any bad experiences... Some people would complain about the police presence in the complex, but I find it comforting.
As far as good things: The kitchen is HUGE, and everything works how it is supposed to work. When something does break, maintenence is fast and curteous. The walk-in closet is also a huge plus. The elevators, though slow, are reliable. The hallways and entranceways are usually clean and well-lit. The swimming pool and fitness room are clean, but whatever you do, don't lose your tiny little green pool pass... they charge you $25 for a new one. They could also do a better job plowing the parking lots in the winter...
They have lots of activities for families and children during the summer as well.
All in all, it's a safe, clean, quiet, and most importantly, affordable place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.
