These apartments are a good value in a very convenient location. I always felt safe here, and management's responses to repairs were generally timely and correct. Bonus points for having a small, but adequately furnished fitness center on the premises, plus the swimming pool. Also, for the most part the noise situation in my apartment was quite reasonable.
Cons' A couple. There are too many litterbugs in the place who can't take the effort to put their fast food containers and cigarette boxes in a trash can, but just stick them on the floor, the ashtray, the elevator, wherever. I would recommend always wearing footwear when stepping onto public areas and, especially, the elevator, which seemed to witness more than its fair share of spills of mysterious, sticky substances.
Also, management would do well to consider separating the multiple buildings on the location by smoking/nonsmoking. Or at least put smokers on one side of the building and non-smokers on the other. We had a nice balcony and sliding glass door that we hardly ever could keep open for more than 30 minutes at a time because a smoker would start up, and the smoke would carry to us. Especially annoying on nice sunny days when getting a cool spring breeze was more appealing (and less expensive) than the A/C.
Overall, I enjoyed my time here. It may not be the best apartment out there, but it provides a strong combination of space, convenience, and amenities at a bargain price.
