Great place in comparison with the rent

I've been in this apartment for two months. I like this place. So far the situation is much better than what I expected. After 10pm, it is not easy to find a parking place close to your apartment, but you can still find somewhere else, just may be a bit farther. The place is safe, quiet, and clean.
