When there is a problem and you ask for the corporate office, it is unacceptable to say to a tenant we will forward your message. Its not good business ethic to play games or give the run around. If someone asks for the corporate office tel.# it should be given immediately if requested. Sandra and Amanda and the manager Paula Moshi just to name a few play a lot of games. I will never rent from them again or recommend any of my friends unless they have new management. In case you didnt know whenever you have a problem. Call Barbara Zeller at 708-848-4600 she is the supposedly top owner in the corporate office located in Oak Park, IL. She isn't very helpful either.
