Its first of all not worth the money as being the cheapest rent in town you get what you pay for. Its crap! Second, this place is where all the "mental cases" from the YMCA closed down, so basically you got lots of SSI or as i cal them "social parasites" living there. Third, if that does not turn you off it is run by a woman and her daughter both of them treacherous and deceitful. It is also run by a corporate bank that is profiting a lot from desperate people. Another thing, if you are late they deny you visitors and pretend to work with you on settling, but they only charge you ore money while claiming to help you out. They will also use threats to try and scare you, they are bluffing but most won't know that. Overall i rate this place an absolute zero out of 10. My advice save your money and rent a real appartment. It cost $85/week for a sparely furnished room with no bathroom, later went up to $87/week.

I absolutely agree. While intransition after relocating from out of state, I discovered the location because of its close proximity to the train station. The mother, though equally as dishonest as well as responsible for reasing a child this way - the daughter is the most vile. She not only "co-mingles" with the tenants, she uses the underage residents for her benefit. There once was an elderly gentleman who had quite a bit to drink and she asked the neglected, 14 yr. old resident to escort him to his room. What could have occurred is criminal. Social services and the Bank that owns the property have been notified and the proper action is in process. The menatally disabled created some sadness because they weren't cared for properly, however, Candace, proves to be the only thing that needs exterminating in the building. She is both spiritualy and emotionally bankrupt.
