ive lived in the apartment building for about 10 years... and yes they do have strict rules.. if your just getting out on your own, and want freedom to do what you want then no this is not the place for you..there are a lot of good people here includng families... its very quiet with an occational baby crying or t.v. that you can hear in the hallway... And yes some of the people that live here are disabled but theyre not bad people, they just arent exactly like everyone else.... the office staff really isnt that bad, both candace and karen strated a little after i moved in and theyve done a lot to bring the building back up from the hell hole it used to be.... and despite all the rumors from people who think they know what horrible is they should have been here when john was the manager..... it was so bad even he tried to jump off the building to exscape it...... they are also working on upgrading the units as they come open, most have new kitchens, appliances, floors, and bathroom fixtures..... for all those looking at this i think you should go to the building and take a look for yourself.... just because it looks hard on the outside doesnt mean its the same on the inside...
