I have lived in Centennial Commons since December of '05. I thought @ first it was going to be ok, but as time went on and the longer I was here, the more I saw why our taxpayers are wanting to tear this joke of an apartment complex down, not bc it has a bad reputation itself, but bc of the ppl that move in give it that extra ugliness. (By the way, Im still living here bc of what astronomical price they want me to pay to break my lease) Here are some of the wrong rumors and right rumors:
1.) Rape, Murders: There has not been any of the above. However, every where you go you are going to get girls who say crap like oh yes I was raped, ok well the question is did you want it' Half the time it is a lie, bc we all know about the girls in Centennial. Some people who move in here think that it is a big ---- fest, and just want to sleep around, or they figure hey, im away from my parents I can do what I want, WRONG BUDDY, THERE ARE RULES JUST AS IF YOU ARE AT HOME!
2.) Harrassment: There is ALOT of Harrassment here in the commons. Half the time you cannot walk out your door without being whistled at or groped. There is also alot of harrassment with the managers of Centennial Commons. Racial Harrassment, Rudeness (Unless you are friends with management of course)
3.) Garbage situation: Sometimes it is as if people just dont see the 5 dumpsters we have. Why is it like this' Not bc of management, but bc of the ppl that live here. Now Im not defending management, but I mean come on common sense, they are not going to be our mothers and fathers, if you wanna live like a pig, please go ahead.
4.) Plain and simple, ---- just doesnt get done correctly @ the commons....If you would like to know more (I dont feel like typing it all right now) Im sure you can respond to this and Ill look @ it and reply back, But I guarentee you that I am the only damn person that will give you complete honesty about this place. Take it into considoration.
Its the people that make it this way, and that sucks, bc this place could be really nice, but I want out ASAP.
