I agree. My son is no longer live in Commons. I decided to get him an apartment off campus. The off campus apartment called for reference and was told that my son did not keep his room clean. The rumor is that this year 2007 tenants can't move in until after school start. Beware, tell your sons or daughters don't sign any paper work before reading it.
