People who do not know need to be warned that this is a glorified housing project. You will be robbed and possibly be killed on a nightly basis. This is a notorious multi-unit crack house that is trying to be torn down by the city because of the constant problems it poses to police. This is not an apartment complex, it is half-way house. I wouldn't want to see anyone harmed by simply going down there and checking it out, especially after dark.

I recently filled out an application at evergreen terrrace apartments in i had to pay a $50.000 money order for what,what if i don't get the apartment than im a want my money back but the apartments were nice i liked the people that were there they were nice in the hallways does smells like pee...but that could change but im looking foward to moving I can't wait....

I currently live there. When I first move there in the beginning of 07* the hallways smelled like pee, people hanging out in front of the building like hoodlums. Just unsaft to me for a single black women with a baby. But now with the new property manager it starting to be alittle better, Security is tight, police is circulating better, um new security system, cleaning crew Monday thru friday for the hallways and building entrance. no cable. but it starting to get better. But I wouldn't move there unless u had too. Cuz I trying to get out tof there asap
