The present manager is very rude,she talks to people as if they were roaches.{she's lonely}.She has caused many good employees to quit.The apartments have three generations of roaches,mice,waterbugs.The elevators don't work,they blame the tenants.The parking lot is like a obstacle course.Live soap opera/Jerry Springer show.One big orgy.If someone comes to visit unannounced they will be harrassed by the police because they don't have a pass{what'}.Many stupid rules.BEWARE!BEWARE! BEWARE!BEWARE!BEWARE!BEWARE! It"s an open PRISON.
