evergreen terrace apartment are not worth renting. i am currently a tenant. not not every person here sells or uses drugs but there are a lot of drugs being sold here, fighting, distruction of others property, no safety, police are present but useless. i would say if you are extremely desperate for a place to stay please let this be your last resort, and use it is a step ladder to move on to something better.
