I've been here a while and management is better!!!! the buildings have begun to have some work on them and a security system is in the future! It is a great location and seems to be on the upswing. New staff is excellent!

I dare you call my apt dirty,drug infested,or to imply that i am crime infested.I have lived in evergreen for almost two years i love my apt.I have never been disrepecetd in any way.We have new management,security,and a new cleaning service.People like you we would not pay to live with us because you are a trouble maker.If they close down evergreen we will move next door to you.How do you know so much about us not unless you are one of our vistors.

its true evergreen is dangerous and who ever lives there is crazy all it does is bring down property values and gangd and drugs
