I have not had any problems with other tenants or with management she is realy cleaning up the property.I am in the 316 building it is quiet now and no one is hanging in the halls.The only thing is we don't have cable,other than that it is a great place to live in my opinion!thanks to mrs crowley the new manager.She cleared out the building of the trouble makers and we do have apartments vacant. the rent goes according to your income 30%
