Dannie Davis the Property Manager is the downfall of Evergreen Terrace. He's a bully and he's very disrespectful to the tenants and his staff. The security system sucks we have no cable and this place is still very dangerous and it is not safe for the resident and there guest.He needs to be demoted back to assistant manager or fired all together.The Maintenance supervisor Jim is an ------- and he's very racist and needs to be removed from the property,theirs not that much parking,the noise is a mess you can hear everybody and everybody can hear you.

You sound like you are Dannie Davis and why should I move when he's the problem. And don't you think I would if I could, If people could move from here with no problem then this place wouldn't exist if people could just leave Dannie Davis.Oh and almost everyone here HATES YOU and your assistant Mrs.Green don't get comfortable you won't be here long.
