This place Brings down the Property value of surrounding Homes I am sad and embarrassed to say I live In that community. I Live in the Townhouse on Bluff Street and I am ashamed that people get The Housing Complex I live in mixed up with Evergreen We can't get a decent Pizza delivery to come to our house because of the most of the people that live in evergreen. It seems like some of the people was raised in the wild. A lot of people of evergreen is the cause of Drug Traffic, Prostitution, more Crack Heads than anything, and any other thing that breaks the law. This is the worst side of Broadway and the streets surrounding. The Criminals of Evergreen is even Migrating to The John Holmes Complex that is next to evergreen where I Live they are so wild They are like animals they do not know a thing about a Toilet so they Urinate where ever they can urinate and that's in the middle of the Parking lot or the closest brick wall Even in the halls of evergreen. In my 22 years of living I have never hated a street like I hate living on Bluff Street. The City of Joliet is Right evergreen is an eyesore and a Public nuisance. This is why I am ashamed to say that I live on Bluff street.

Well I can say that MOST of the residents of Evergreen don't stay here long because of whats going on around here and the people who do the crime are NON- RESIDENTS the urinating in the hall ways are those other people who are Residents of Joliet and not Evergreen. Most of the people how live here are from Chicago and these people from Joliet run them away from Evergreen this place has a revolving door because we can't take it either. (And that's not realistic that this place is fill with crack heads and prostitution the crackheads and hookers are the residents of Joliet not Evergreen.) Most of the women that live here are ages 18-25 with and without children and please don't get me wrong I hate this place its the management and not Most of the people.You shouldn't make comments about things you don't really know about.

IM FROM CHICAGO AND I HAVE BEEN LIVING OUT HERE IN JOLIET, EVERGREEN FOR 4 YEARS. AND I KID YOU NOT, IF I DID NOT HAVE A CHILD, I WOULD BE STAYING IN A SHELTER!!!! ITS ABSOLUTLY RIDICULOUS, FROM THE PEOPLE THAT RESIDE HERE (NOT ALL) AND MANAGEMENT!!SOME OF THE PEOPLE ARR SOOOOO FREAKIN IGNORANT AND DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT NOTHING! THEY PEE ALL IN THE HALLWAYS, THEY THROW TRASH ALL IN THE HALLWAYS AND OUTSIDE LIKE THAY DONT KNOW THE MEANING OF A FREAKIN GARBAGE CAN. WHENEVER I PUT IN A WORK ORDER, IT TAKES ABOUT 2 MONTHS FOR THE PROBLEM TO BE FIXED! I HATE IT HERE!! I CANT WAIT TO SAVE UP SOME MORE MONEY AND GET THE HELL OUT EVERGREEN! YOU COULDNT PAY ME A MILLION BUCKS TO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WONT EVEN COME VISIT, ITS THAT BAD AND THERE FROM THE PROJECTS LMAO!!!
